This is a small scale convention; last year we had around 350 attendees.
Vendor Hours 10am-6pm
LOAD IN will be SATURDAY ONLY from 6:30 am - 9:30am. There will NOT be Friday load in times! The hotel has another event set up Friday night so we will not be able to begin loadin until Saturday morning. All sellers should be set up by 9:45am. Load out starts at 6pm.
Artist / Author table $75 : 6'x5' total space, includes rental of 6' table, rental of (2) chairs & 2 badges. 6'x5' total space including table & chairs. For products that are handmade, handpainted, or handcrafted directly by the seller.
Artist/ Author Booth Space $125 : 10'x10' total space, includes rental of (1) 6' table, rental of (2) chairs & 2 badges. For products that are handmade, handpainted, or handcrafted directly by the seller.
Commercial Vendor table $100 : 6'x5' total space, includes rental of (1) 6' table, rental of (2) chairs & 2 badges. 8'x5' total space including table & chairs. For products that are not handmade, handpainted or not created by seller
Commercial Booth Space $150 : 10'x10' total space, includes rental of (1) 6' table, rental of (2) chairs & 2 badges. For commercial products
Extras: Extra badge $10
2 + tables or booths: 1st table normal price, 15% discount off additional tables. Additional spaces do NOT include badges; ex: 1 table space includes 2 badges, if 2 table spaces are purchased only 2 badges are included total. Additional badges can be purchased for $10 each.
Please note: Vendors can sell prepackaged candy & snacks. All spaces will have access to at least 1 electrical plug. All tables will include a black tablecloth, please feel free to bring your own tablecloth as well. There will NOT be pipe and draping.
